After spending a lot of time looking for the perfect to-do list I finally found one. It's called TaskPaper and it's available for Mac and iPhone.


I've always been a big fan of to-do lists, but I've never been able to find an app that worked well enough until now. The problem with most to-do apps is they try to be too smart. The problem is these tasks don't need any special attention from me because they're already broken down into smaller steps that can be completed independently from each other. They just need me to assign them out so someone else can work on them while I focus my efforts elsewhere...
